The challenge
Offering the exceptional has always been at the heart of Hermès. These headphones are the ultimate expression of that philosophy: a unique piece, crafted to fit each individual perfectly.
The design draws inspiration from the world of saddlery, with pure, taut lines that reflect the mastery of noble materials and the timeless elegance of the House.
Each headphone is custom-fitted: cranial measurements are taken in Hermès boutiques to ensure absolute comfort and a flawless fit. Hand-assembled and clad in full-grain leather, it becomes a natural extension of the body — fusing cutting-edge technology with craftsmanship.
Each headphone frame is 3D printed in AlSi10Mg alloy, a blend of aluminum, silicium, and magnesium combining lightness, strength, and precision.
Once printed, the raw metal structure is painstakingly hand-polished, revealing a subtle, sophisticated shine that speaks to Hermès’ artisanal excellence.
Each earpiece is machined from walnut and then covered in leather.
